We enjoyed what was likely our first corn pudding tasting at Thanksgiving dinner 2011. Loved it! Because we’re trying to eat more plant-based meals, this recipe will get some attention in our kitchen.
Wow, this brings back memories! My mom (though Thai), dabbled in southern cuisine and she totally made this dish. I had forgotten all about until I see your post…I’m going to have to try this one because it looks delicious.
